The implementation of the new curriculum requires teacher to establish modern education conception, and transfers it to teacher's teaching behavior. The teaching behavior is a series of the behavior to settle the problems by which the teacher want to attain the teaching aim and purpose, and that is a kind of selective technology under the teacher's self—regulation, the success or defeat of the selection depends on the teacher's knowledge configuration, teaching ability, and teaching experience that com from teacher's teaching practice. At the present time, in the teaching practice, some teachers' teaching behaviors are not accordant to modern education conception. In order to meet the urgent demand for moving new curriculum reform from theory to practice, the teacher's teaching behavior is studied in the case of Electromagnetism Law teaching in senior high school, this research not only has theoretical sense, but also practical sense.First, six features of senior high school Electromagnetism Law teaching under modern education conception are analyzed and generalized through theoretical research on it. Second, a teaching behavior checklist for classroom study of physics laws in senior high school is prepared to act as an auxiliary tool for classroom observation. By this means, totally 24 lectures of Electromagnetism Law in six senior high schools of Shandong Province are observed, coupling with interview technique, to investigate the status of Electromagnetism Law teaching in senior high schools and analyze which is effective and which is ineffective teaching behavior. To eliminate the existing ineffective teaching behaviors, some strategies on the design of Electromagnetism Law teaching in Senior high School are given as follows: (1)To correct the student's alternative framework;(2)To offer specific perceptual materials;(3)To encourage the students involving themselvesin abstractive procedures;?To enhance the students' understanding of laws step by step by employing various channels and approaches;?To lay a way for the students to do inquiry according to the situation of learning;?To focus on the development of individual elements of scientific inquiry;?To infiltrate the ideas of scientific inquiry into Electromagnetism Law teaching by a variety of ways;?To give incentive oral comments.Based on the above strategies, we design the teaching program for Conditions of Electromagnetic Induction and Lenz Law and put them into practice. The teaching practice prove the strategies for teaching design put forward in this study is effective to direct teachers to correct ineffective Electromagnetism Law teaching behavior.
