| As one of basic factors which affect the development of persons, environment is sure to be a foundational factor in teaching and learning activities. Research on Instructional environment is much a noticeable brand-new subject in educational sociology, educational psychology and science education recently. What is relationship on earth between Instructional environment and the development of persons? How the chemical Instructional environment of middle school affect the students' development? How to create a kind of perfect Instructional environment to advance the students' development effectively?To answer the question, the paper uses several kinds of methods synthetically such as the historic research, the philological research, and tries to make the design of the chemical Instructional environment of middle school.
