The modern society is a study society, and as we know, the study in the practice is the most effective study. The reflective teaching is the best way in which teachers understand themselves, which enhances their accomplishments and is the powerful weapon of teachers' occupation development. Beijing Normal University Professor Chongde Lin said that, "The outstanding teacher is equal to the education process adding reconsidering." Therefore, the teacher needs in self- reconsidering and self- evaluation to realize own career development. The chemistry curriculum innovation of high school is an integral system, which involves the transformation of education idea the adjustment of curriculum structure . the optimization of discipline system and the content, the renewal of educational model and method, as well as the consummation of teaching appraisal and so on. Teachers must be both in harmony with the high school curriculum whole reform, and consider the features of chemistry development and chemistry characteristic in high school, which requests chemistry teachers accomplish higher specialized level, but be not merely the teacher. Therefore, becoming a critically reflective teacher not only is the need of education reform, also is the way that teacher becomes researchers. This article carry on the summary from four aspects: the concept limit the situation of domestic and foreign critically reflective teacher's the goal of our country raising critically reflective teacher and the present situation investigation and study of middle school chemistry critically reflective teacher criticizes the reconsidering teacher, and proposed becoming the reflective teachers' inevitability and the necessity from two aspects: the theory and the new curriculum idea. It elaborated teachers' specialized development as well as the consummation of teacher-evaluation the system, and discussed critically reflective teachers' reconsidering strategy and the reflective teacher's practice research, and underline attention question in the reconsidering practice.
