In West Gardner's multiple intelligences theory is one of the most influential educational psychology theories since the 1990s. The theory thought the human knew the way of the world is diverse and there are at least eight modes of thinkings, namely eight kinds of intelligences: linguistic intelligence, mathematical—logical intelligence, spatial intelligence , bodily—kinesthetic intelligence , musical intelligence , interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence and naturalist intelligence and so on. The eight kinds of intelligences display differently on each student. Each student has its own intellectual strengths and weaknesses, therefore, they form different personality characteristics. If we not only conduct intellectual diversity training for students, but also enable each student to understand their own intellectual superiority correctly, with the intellectual strengths impetus to weaknesses in intelligence, students can receive comprehensive development. However, at present most school education considers the student's linguistic intelligence and mathematical—logic intelligence, and as a basis for evaluation of a student's "good" and "bad", resulting in many "the poor students", which has led to widespread concern about the education sector. The thesis tries to research "the poor students in chemistry" from the perspective of multiple intelligences, by the questionnaire, visiting teachers and talking with students ect, and using "bring out one's strengths and make up for one's weakness" strategy to raise "the poor students" the weak intelligences, which is the basis of the theory of multiple intelligence and in accordance with their ideological content.
