A Theoretic Study On The Art Expressive Force Of Athletics Items In Gymnastics

With the development of athletic items in gymnastics, not only more difficulties, newer presentation and more vivid acting style are required, but also unique artistic charm and elegance are greatly emphasized. While presenting excellent techniques, athletes are given higher requirement in art expressive force. The art expressive force of athletics items in gymnastics is one of the important factors for winning in competitions, especially among the high-level ones, since the artistic features of the athletics items in gymnastics can only be highlighted through the performance of the art expressive force. In the competition, when the difficulty, novelty and stability of the athletes' performance are close, the art expressive force will eventually affect the umpire and audience and set the final rank. It has abundant contents, a variety of presentation and, which is the result of the combination of various factors, embracing great artistic appreciation value.Based on the factors mentioned above, this paper, employing the aesthetics, art, philosophy, psychology, sociology and physiology as the theoretic foundation, mainly from the perspective of aesthetics, combining the aesthetic rationale and the practice of the athletic items in gymnastics, primarily discusses and analyzes the nature, aesthetic features, and the kernel framework and presentations of the art expressive force of the athletic items in gymnastics, offering a steady theoretic foundation for the study of the art expressive force. And then this paper gives a further exploration on the relationship between the kernel framework and presentation of the art expressive force of the athletic items in gymnastics. In addition, this paper also analyzes its influential factors and cultivation approaches, providing some instruction in the teaching and training of athletic item in gymnastics as well as in people's appreciation of it, which has a very significant meaning.The study on the art expressive force of the athletic items in gymnastics enriches and develops the gym aesthetic theory system, realizes the leap from gym aesthetics to application research, provides aesthetic theory direction for the development of the athletic items in gymnastics, and plays a very important role for the development of the athletic items in gymnastics in the future. But this paper does not have a deeper study on the beauty-making of the athletic items in gymnastics, which is left for the research in the future to provide more theories and more specific approaches for its training and competition.
