School image has the extremely important influence to a school development. An upstanding image will not only bring more chances for school' s development, but also supply more opportunities for upgrading the education quality. The design of school image is now becoming an important point for a modern high school construction;therefore the research on the design of school image will not only help to upgrade school management and education quality, but also enrich the theory of school image design.By analyzing literatures, we knew that school image is a whole integrated system comprising of three aspects, including Mind Identity (MI), Behavior Identity (BI) and Visual Identity (VI) as well. Consulting these three aspects, we explored the features, ideas and guiding principles for running ChangJun High School of ChangSha city as well as the internal management and education teaching management, and summarized the current situation of Chang Jun High School image in this article. We pointed out a notable problem that Changjun High School had a well popularity but less reputation, of which major causes probably were the deficiency and shortage in the design of school image, including less emphasis on school reputation design and vindication of school image, the unilateralism in Behavior Identity design and the ignorance of school image resources. In our opinion, according to Mind Identity (MI), Behavior Identity (BI) and Visual Identity (VI), it was necessary to design through these three aspects in anintegrated and consolidated way for farther enhancement of school image.
