It is well known that training high can improve the achievements of athletes. By changing the content of Epo in plasma, after Epo combining its receptor which is called EpoR, they can do biologic effect and raise the amount of RBC and Hb in the blood, improve the performance of exercise. But the research of Epo in plasma hasn't reached the same result in recent years, so we intend to find the orderliness of express of EpoR protein to identify the relationship of living high training low and EpoR. Under different hypoxia time and increase by degrees of intensity exercise, we studied the changing of express of EpoR protein by living high and training low style.Methods: 56 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: Living low no training (n=8), living high training low for 3 days(n=8), living low training low for 3 days(n=8), living high training low for 6 days(n=8), living low training low for 6 days(n=8), living high training low for 13 days(n=8), living low training low for 13 days(n=8). Under the condition of degrees of intensity exercises and gradient of zero. Take the arterial blood in the left ventricle of the male SD rats and their marrow in both the sides femur. Then, immunohistochemistry and computer image processing method and inverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) were used to examine the content of the EpoR protein express and mRNA in the marrow tissue and analyze the domino effect of the exercises and hypoxia on the EpoR albumen express .Results:(l)EpoR of bone marrow were increased both living high training low group and living low training low group. In the former group, the time of training were longer ,the increase of erythropoietin were more obviously.(2)EpoR mRNA of bone marrow cell were increased living high training low group obviously (p<0.05) . EpoR mRNA were increased depended on training time.Conclusion: Both EpoR protein and EpoR mRNA were increased in Living high training low .
