Research On Chinese Undergraduates' Ideological And Political Education Under Internet Culture

At present, the internet is experiencing the development from incompleteness to relative completeness. Accordingly, people's recognition for the internet and its culture is shifting from irrationality and immaturity to relative rationality and maturity. During the course of the time, many problems are worth our attention and discussion.Undergraduates as a sensitive group to new things, are the main force who use the internet. The rise and development of the internet culture, on one hand, has profoundly influence Chinese undergraduates' ideology. On the other hand, it is bringing conflicts and challenges to undergraduates' ideological and political education of the university. With the guidance of Marxism, this essay insists on connecting theory with practice. Based on analyzing the origin, connotation and characters of the internet culture, this essay expounds on the following two levels: the internet culture's influence on Chinese undergraduates' ideology and undergraduates' ideological and political education. We hope to set up the path to Chinese undergraduates' ideological and political education which is fit for internet culture by strengthening supervising system for the internet;establishing choosing and utilizing system for internet information and perfecting psychological system for internet users. This research provides theoretical basis and educational countermeasures for college and university authorities who want to achieve innovation and improvement of the undergraduates' ideological and political education under the background of the internet culture.
