The Research On Teaching Staff Construction In Zibo Vocational Institute

21st century brings the rapid development of higher vocational education, making the teaching staff construction in relevant institutions face severe and great challenges. Such problems as the inadequacy of teachers, the simplicity of knowledge sources and the irrational structure of degrees and ages limit the further development of higher professional education.By referring to a lot of relevant domestic and overseas literature as well as some data and information from the managing documents inside Zibo Vocational Institute (ZBVI) , this thesis analyzes the teaching staff reconstruction in ZBVI, figures out the factors which restrict the construction of the teaching teamwork, finds out the differences in teachers constructions and quality etc., illustrates some related theories about teachers' construction in high educational institutions, and gives out a well-designed plan for Zibo Vocational Institute's teaching staff construction, which focuses on the issues of recruitment, training, appointing to a position, motivation, and double certificate, by the means of general management, high educational management, human resources management, and educational economics etc.The paper mainly adopts the combination of literature and investigation study, together with the integration of qualititive and quantitive methods and the combination of macro-and-micro analysis, forming the basic frame of the study. In view of the current situation of Zibo Vocational Institute, this thesis gives the effective means of teachers' training, the means to judge the high professional education teachers' quality, and the people-oriented motivation project. Focusing upon the high professional education hotspot issue of "Double-Competency" Teaching Staff, it suggests the meaning definition of "Double-Competency" Teaching Staff which fits for Zibo Vocational Institute.
