The Research Of Educational Training System On The Hubei Province's County Economy Development Of Changeover

County economy is divided by administrative region and was guided by the market..It has a regional character and is a powerful region economy. According to the world countries' experience, there will be no country's modernization when there is no county's modernization. And if there is no farmers' comparatively well-off, there will be no the comparatively well-off of all people. So, developing county economy is the important idea to carrying out the "three delegates" and the objective demand.The status quo of our province's county economy is not so optimism. It looks not so strong and mainly represents some problems. The cost is presented declined. And the integer of county economy is not so good.The most important reason of this problem is the incomplete educational training system which results the lowlihead quality of people and therefore restricts the county economy's development and even the whole agriculture economy's development.The breakthrough point of this article is developing rural economy by building educational training system. Then it analyses the relativity between the education and county economy. The article introduces the Hubei province's major achievements in developing county economy. And meanwhile it analyses the extrusive problem existing in the development of county economy and thus gets the result that we must pick up the building of educational training system. This system is constituted of three parts: how to carry out the system, the aim system and the supporting system.This paper objectively analyses the status quo of Hubei Province's county economy and the educational problems that our province is facing in details. And on the basis of other counties' development experience, we are trying to build an educational training system for our county economy's development and put forward some suggestions and measure to solve these problems.
