The Characteristic And Influence Factors Of Chinese Urban Residents' Trust

This study collects materials through questionnaire survey and in-dept interview. Based on the micro-sociology perspective, this paper analyses the characteristic and influence factors of Chinese urban residents'trust. The first part includes the study background, the relative literature review, the conceptualization and the operation of concept. In addition, the framework, the hypothesis, and the research method of this study are also mentioned. The second part describes the characteristic of urban residents'trust, that is, who and which organizations they trust, how they recognize the state of trust, what kind of trust faith they have. And this part tries to explain the survey result consulting the previous research. To test two theories about trust, the third part analyses emphatically two influence factors, namely times of growing up and social status. The last part draws the conclusion. The explanation path and trust approach of the interpersonal trust, the methods that can improve organizations'trust, Chinese social trust, and one-way and two-way trust are discussed in this part. Finally this part states the limitation of the study.
