Study On Theoretical And Realistic Issues Of Building Higher Schools' Culture

The school culture of higher schools is a sub-culture of social culture, is the sum of object and sprit of higher schools' characteristics from performing schools and training talents and is also the significant part of administration and educational activities in higher schools.In order to carry out the construction of higher schools' culture, embody the special function of school culture in school's administration and training talent etc, assure efficient order running of higher schools' culture, realize the education object of higher schools and attain purposes of higher education, contents, countermeasures and methods of school culture in higher schools are mainly studied, adopting history research, comparative review, practical study and logical thought, by means of the knowledges of culture, education, sociology , administration and other relative thoughts.
