| The research of the guide of website information flow to different special people flow is one of the most important entrances to reveal the geography characteristics of information society. The research type selected in this paper is study-abroad website which has obvious guide effect to people flow. The special type is China and Australia. This paper reveals theoretically the guide mechanism of China-Australia study-abroad website to people flow. The paper also evaluates the importance of four platforms, namely, information, centralization, interaction, and organization platform of "globeedu studying-abroad website" using the actual indexes of functionality and intelligence of websites.There are six parts in this paper. The first is introduction, in this part, the background, research idea, methods and meaning are introduced. This is the general controlling of this paper. The second part is the relative research retrospection in China and oversea. Based on this retrospection, the research topic in this paper is found weak in China and oversea researches, but it is important to enrich the geography theory of information society and to guide the new geography thinking. The third part is the study-abroad interaction between China and Australia and the construction actuality of China-Australia study-abroad websites. The flow actuality of people flow and the sorts and operational model of China-Australia websites are mainly analyzed. The forth part is the guide mechanism of China-Australia study-abroad to people flow. The guide mechanism is revealed from website users and website governors. The fifth part is an example, taking the role of globeedu studying-abroad website. Four platforms ( namely, information, centralization, interaction, and organization platform) which are the realization support of the guide function of globeedu studying-abroad website to people flow. The function of the four platforms is evaluated by using the functionality and intelligence indexes. The sixth is conclusion, and three conclusions are put forward in this part. |
