In the impact of the plan that technology and education prosper our country, peoplepay more and more attention on the teacher's professional ability. It seems thatmathematics is the most important subject among many subjects, thus the mathematicsteachers must have more professional ability and higher teaching technology.What professional abilities should senior middle school mathematics teachers have?How do the mathematics teachers make progress in their abilities? In the stage ofpre-vocation education, what factors influence teacher's professional ability? And we canalso think that how to solve the problems in the training of professional ability?From the problem above, I visit many senior middle school mathematics teachers whohave teaching experience between one year and five years, and investigate some of themmore than once, so I realize the condition of their pre-vocational education they receive.After I analyze this information and discover their problems, I write this article to. In thesame time, I refer to many successful experiences in other countries and suggestions madeby many excellent teachers, think about how to make progress on the pre-vocationaleducation of mathematics teachers, and try to answer the questions above.The study of the item gives some advice on the revolution of mathematics normaleducation, makes a solid foundation on the training of teacher professional ability, and it isvery realistic and useful. It is the final intention that the normal students studyingmathematics can make a solid foundation and have higher abilities to adapt high schoolmathematics teaching.
