| Environmental issue has become one of the global problems, and the pollution is veryserious in our county. We have to establish civil environmental moral consciousness. Studentsmust be accepted environmental moral education from kindergartens, primary schools, highschools to universities, and even all their life. The research target of the paper is the trainingof college students' environmental moral consciousness. College students are erector of thefuture society, and they will soon embark on the work after four years' study. Theirenvironment moral consciousness directly affects our economic development, theimplementation of the sustainable development strategy and our survival quality.This paper is divided into four parts to discuss the training of college students'environmental consciousness. The first part shows the meaning of environmental moralconsciousness, which is consciousness and behavior that love, respect, protect, treasure,beautify nature, keep ecosystem balance, try for human themselves' development and demand,and facilitate environmental good circulation. Environmental moral consciousness includes:human and nature harmonious development consciousness, environmental moral valueconsciousness, environmental moral responsibility consciousness, and just consciousness.The second part discusses the status and significance of the training of environmentalmoral consciousness in the college moral education that includes moral education, ideologicaleducation, political education and law education, in which all penetrate abundant content ofenvironmental moral education. It is in favor of future international and national politicaltranquilization;building green college and higher education ecological;makingenvironmental-protection scientific decision in the future's management and work.On the basis of literature research and personal observation, the third part sums up thestatus quo of college students' environmental moral consciousness. Currently collegestudents' environmental moral consciousness is still in the low green layer;they have goodattitudes for environmental protection, but a few consciously involved in it;they havenegative mass psychology, a few initiatively abide by environmental moral;when encounterenvironmental issues, most students don't actively look for solutions;their wasteful behavioris very serious. Then it analyzes its important reasons that involve the influences of socialsystem, school and family education, and college students themselves.The fourth part brings forward a number of practical measures that contain the reform ofschool education and administering, broadening college students' interpersonalcommunication, establishing effective evaluating system for environmental moralconsciousness. |
