A Discourse Of Russian Higher Education Reform In The Perspective Of Cultural Transformation

It is an important research topic for the field of comparative study of education to probeinto Russian higher education reform in the perspective of cultural transformation. This papertakes the theoretical background of the constraints on the higher education from cultural andculture transformation. This paper begins with the introduction of the history and the presentsituation of Russian higher education and the combination of theories and practice to present asystematic study of the background, content, achievements, experience and lesson of thereform and to make a deep analysis of the measures and achievements of the reform.
