The course resource is an important concept in the new national foundation educationcourse reform. Along with the reform thoroughly, the course resources is more and moreimportant. Firstly, if not having reasonable development of course resources and validexploitation, we can hardly attain an education reform target. Secondly, the course resourcesis the foundation of the course construction, its development and exploitation are theimportant guarantee of foundation education reforms and implements, and the implementprop up of new course standard system.In this course reform, the key of the development and exploitation factor isn't the expertof the course, scholar and administrative dept., but teacher. Teacher is the person whodiscovers the student studies a resource, being a sieving and discriminating the existingclassroom teaching resources and lesson to study a resource outside. The good teacher is apremise to develop other course resources of exploitations;In addition, the teacher is thecourse resources to mainly carry the figure type as life. He can create intelligence and value,this is the course teaching to develop lasting motive continuously, developing a specialfunction in the course resources. Therefore, the teacher is an important course resources, thedevelopment of the course resources has important meaning in the course resourcesconstruction from the teacher. But people didn't know teacher now-important course resources.Therefore, this article wants to investigate the contents, principle, and path and the influencefactor concerning the development Chinese language teacher's themselves course resourcesthoroughly.The article consisted of six parts:Part One: the Chinese language teacher is an important course resource. The knowledge structure, personal experience, the personality power...Etc.constituted basic contents concerning the development language teacher's course resources.Part Four: Basic principle concerning the development Chinese language teacher's courseresources. Discuss three basic principles: Personal experience and the education researchcombine together, personal mindset and society request to combine together, the respect trustto combine together with professional norm.Part Five: Basic path concerning the course resources that develops the Chinese languageteacher's themselves. Discuss four paths: The teacher trains and studies life long andintrospects and co-operates exchanges by one's own.Part Six: The influence factor concerning the development Chinese language teacher'sthemselves course resources. Discuss four factors: teacher, student, school, the educationresearch and administrative dept.
