The"co-training"system of Germany, famed as the"secret weapon"of Germany economy after Second World War, is one of the most successful vocational education systems across the current world. It is a new mode of vocational education system that cultivates talents by working in cooperation with both of school and enterprise. This system has three features: firstly, it has the definite training target, cultivating the first-class workers or peasants of high quality; and secondly, school and enterprise work in cooperation with a due division of labor, nevertheless, the enterprise plays the main role; thirdly, the theory is closely combined with practice, while the practice is always considered in the first place. What's more, the practice training takes more than sixty per sent in the whole training process.The vocational education plays a very important role in the national education system; it's also an important way to enlighten the development of society and economy or to offer more employments. Our government always sets great store by vocational education, and makes it clear that we should develop it with great effort; we should learn that successful experience from the other countries.
