At present, people are striving for the goal of constructing "harmonious society" roundly in China. Above all, "harmonious society" should be the society with harmonious human relationship .It is a sequent process from personality harmony to harmonious internal relationship even to the harmonious society .As we know, education is the important component of the society system which should provide service for harmonious society. The school, as the grass roots organization of education, whether success or not, is highly correlated to human relationship in educational circumstance. The better human relationship is dealt with, the better the harmonious school will be.In this thesis, the author uses Harmony theory , System theory , Human-based theory as the theory foundation, narrates the necessity of constructing internal harmonious human relationship of school, analyzes the inharmonious phenomena and reason of in the school, and puts forward the concrete measures with pertinence. The essay falls into three parts. The first part defines the human relationship of harmonious school, which has both something in common with favorable school human relationship, and differences between them. Favorable school human relationship is usually regarded as emotion relationship. Harmonious school human relationship is one kind of human relationship based on organization relationship. Harmonious human relationship is bound to have the good conditions. The next part enumerates the inharmonious phenomena of school human relationship, such as the confusion of duty and right among school leaders, the obscurity of relationship, minor understanding and faith between leaders and teachers, the mutual despise among teachers, the dissimilation between students and teachers, and explores the inharmonious causes of human relationship. The last part puts forward the concrete idea about establishing harmonious school human relationship: human—centered and mutual coordination, all the staff strives hard to push the harmonious school human relationship to come true.
