Classroom teaching and learning evaluation is indispensable to the complete teaching and learning process from when classroom teaching and learning constitute had been formed. Classroom teaching and learning evaluation is an important means to increase teaching and learning quantity availably. However, there are many problems in classroom teaching and learning evaluation in our middle school, which has blocked the process of classroom teaching and learning reform seriously. Developing evaluating during class is an important way to improve the quality of education, and it is good for the students and the teachers. It is necessary for the implementation of the new curriculum. Starting from the history background of the chemistry class evaluation, the article analyzed the theory of the class evaluation, and expounded its idea. The author adopted some empirical research, such as classroom observation, conversation and questionnaires, to have a good grip of the changes and achievements, the development function of the outstanding evaluation, emphasize the process of evaluation and developing, build up the development classroom teaching evaluation system in the classroom teaching and learning.
