| This research is according to the theory of Marks's " the all round development of man ", Howard Gardner's "Multiple Intelligences" and the other educational teaching theories. In the research, the author combines the teaching practices and refers to other teachers' valuable experiences, adopting the research techniques such as observation, tests, questionnaires, experiments and case researches in order to search the new way of carrying out the exploring learning of geography in junior high school.This research mainly focuses: defining the intension of exploring learning and dealing correctly with the relationship of students and teachers in exploring learning;analyzing the basic factors that affect the teachers and students carrying out exploring learning of geography in junior high school;seeking the basic approaches of carrying out exploring learning of geography in junior high school;designing methods of research, questionnaires, classroom instruction, inquiry, effective exploring activities and selecting teaching content;forming the mode of exploring learning of geography in junior high school and seeking the strategies of carrying out the exploring learning in teaching;establishing systems like objective system and evaluative system by carrying out exploring learning of geography in junior high school;carrying out the research of geography teaching which is suitable for the law of junior high school students' cognition and their characteristics of physical and mental development. The aim is changing the students' learning behaviour and the teachers' teaching behaviour;guiding by the evaluation and according to the procedure of founding the behaviour mode of teaching subject and learning subject, adjusting the teachers' teaching ideas, teaching patterns and multiple intelligences gradually;arousing the exploring and learning interests ofstudents;improving learning ability, practical ability, creativity, scientific attitude and scientific morals;impelling students and teachers getting all round and sustainable development.This research provides certain theory guidance in order to reform the traditional geography teaching by trying to carry out the exploring learning of geography which is suitable for junior high school students' cognition and their characteristics of physical and mental development. The research also makes solid progress of deepening Quality Education. |
