Middle school geography curriculum in our country, the junior high school geography, for area high school geography for system. Junior high school geography is to make the students perceptual knowledge accumulation and appearances, students are required to have specific image thinking, the high school geography is the main learning rule and essence, students are required to have the abstract logic thinking, image thinking to logic thinking high school to junior high school students shift, the students to realize the transition of the junior middle school thought to the high school thought, thinking of the leap. Students in addition to have the abstract logic, but also to have the space thinking ability, junior and senior high school geography spatial perception ability, there were no significant differences but geography space thinking ability and geographic space imagination ability had significant difference. The characteristics of the high school geography also require students to have the very strong spatial thinking ability and spatial ability.
