The Research On The Record Keeping Method And Procedure For Children's Growing Up Files

Every kid has his own past, present and future. As a teacher we should analyze the kid's present status, try to know how much influence to the present which his past brings to bear, and also try to preconceive the help that we need from the future development basing on the researching view. All the things we do has only one purpose that we can actualize education more effectively. Every kid has different inheritance quality and different living environment. He shows different way of acting on environment. All these decide that different kid has different personality. So in our teaching practice, we must try our best to identify these differences, and teach kids according to their particular personalities and needs.The growing up files of young kids can help us record children's development status actually. It can reflect the multiple intelligence procedure for children's growing up. It focus on the comparison of the young kid's past and present. Not only it has the character of concerning children's different personalities, but also it has the character of action research on children. Therefore it's very valuable for teachers to use these files while making research on children and giving lectures to different students accordingly.This thesis focus on the research of record keeping method and procedure for children's growing up files by using behavior research method, comparison research method and information expounding method. Furthermore we should probe how to apply growing up files of children into normal teaching method through management of kindergarten and kids' education practice.According to the practice we find that the procedure of keeping the young kids' growing up files is the one to do personal observation, realize their personalities, teach by using different kinds of textbooks, discover the difference between individuals. And it is also the procedure of parents' co-work and professional development. Young kids' growing up files is a true discovery to everyone. We find it's of more realistic significance when we adopt it in our education.The whole article is composed of five parts. It includes introduction part and the other four researching contents. Introduction part gives a whole picture about this essay. The first part gives us a brief introduction about this behavior research plan. The second part focus on the recording way of young kids' growing up through practicing. And it also compares with young kids' growing up files and primary school students.
