Education should be directed to the full development of the human personality, And with the undertaking of the new curriculum innovation, it become more and more obvious that the old mode of school organization has badly hindered the further development of students, teachers and schools. So the innovation of school organization is imperative.The essay analyses the characteristics of the school organization and the causes of low effectiveness in education organization and its changes. It points out that the current education system and the immanent limitations of the school organization should be to blame for new curriculum.According to this, then the essay tries to expound that, in order to prompt the innovation, the school should offer three platforms, one for the building of the active culture atmosphere, another for the inspiring of innovation and the other for the fulfilling of the teachers' professional development.Nowadays, teachers, the principal part of a school, can't meet the new requirements of the innovation. As a matter of fact, there is still a large disparity between the requirements and the reality. In order to solve this problem the only way is to build a learning organization. So at the end of this essay, it focuses on the five ways of how to build a learning organization: It also talks about the role of headmasters during the building.
