Research On The Problems Of Students' Boarding At The Teachers' In Zhejiang Province

With the development of the economy, new social phenomena has been emerging continuously. In recent years, a new lodging form is found in Zhejiang Province. Some parents board their children at the teachers', and pay them every term, who are supported to take full responsibility for those children' daily life, especially study.Base on the data gained from the practical investigation about the lodging form in Zhejiang Province, I find out the new lodging form has its own characteristics and causes. There are the following reasons for the lodging form in vogue: first, floating population has been increasing gradually; second, the fad of school choices are rife; third, the disadvantages of exam-oriented education; fourth, rapid development of local economy and more and more importance attached to the education of children ; fifth, the rarity of the excellent primary and middle boarding schools; sixth, the little observation of laws and slack law enforcement of education direct department. seventh, the teachers' lower income and the temptation of money, etc. Meanwhile, on the basis of analysis of condition of these students' daily life and learning, and the relationship between those students and their parents, those students and their lodging teachers, those students and their companions from questionnaire, I find this lodging form has such problems as lacking of family education, the burden of studies, sense of privileges among those students in the school .It has not only brought about a series of problems in life, psychology and study to those students, but also had unfavorable effects on moral outlook and values for all students.At last, this paper put forward some countermeasures to the lodging form from families, schools, and society in the following aspects: the construction of high quality primary and middle boarding schools should be strengthened; the quality of parents should be promoted; scientific family education should be widely disseminated; the importance of family education should be impressed with those parents and be performed according to law; the construction of school should be strengthened, in the meantime the health of students psychology should be took seriously; the income of teachers should be increased practically ,at the same time those teachers who broke the rules should be penalized rigorously; reform should be strengthened in changing exam-oriented education into quality-oriented education; the education fair should be push on gradually;the difference between urban and rural areas should be leaved out; the social productive force should be advanced energetically, and the disparities between different regions should be narrowed.
