| A country's rise or decline lies in education. Curricula embody the thought and idea of education in a concentrated way. Our country is launching the new basic education curriculum reform and strives to structure the new basic education curriculum system (abbreviated as new curricula) that accords with the quality-oriented education now. The key to the success or failure of new curricula lies in teachers'accomplishment, and teachers'intelligence personality is the soul and core of teachers'accomplishment. There was less study on teachers'intelligence personality at present. So, I probe boldly and solve carefully questions here. On the basis of consulting a large amount of theoretical research results about teacher's personality and teacher's intelligence personality, I have been to different kinds and levels of new curriculum experimental schools and higher learning institutions in different urban and rural areas to implement questionnaire and case interview. I take the research approach that combines the theoretical research with the positive research. I will make every effort to restructuring teachers'intelligence personality systematically under new curricula idea. The purpose is to emphasize the importance of molding the new-type teachers'intelligence personality under new curricula idea, finish this ultimate goal that is playing teachers'personality glamour to the greatest extent and improve new curricula. New curricula idea mean the basic concepts and rational faiths about education that new curriculum recommends. And these concepts and faiths are correct in the practice of new curricula. They don't include the unripe places of new curricula, some teachers'misunderstanding about new curricula and some mistakes in the test in this article. Teachers'intelligence personality embodies teachers'new education ideas, the multi-layer knowledge structures and rich abilities in the job that teachers who have intelligence, wisdom and individual character hold. In a word, teachers'intelligence personality means the personality accomplishment of teacher's intelligence. Teacher intelligence personality has some characteristics, such as being learned, rational, whole, modern, getting tough and tensile, innovative, flexible, and being educational. Teacher intelligence personality can promote teacher's self-perfection, promote students to grow up in a healthy and sound way, and optimize the social cultural environment. Teachers'intelligence personality system includes the guidance system that mainly refers to educational ideas, the energy system that mainly refers to knowledge and the show system that mainly refers to teaching ability. New curricula idea has proposed the high demand to teacher's intelligence personality. For example, teachers should upgrade the educational ideas in the guidance system, possess the rich knowledge structure in the energy system and hold the new-type teaching ability in the showing system. However, teacher's intelligence personality is vanishing at present. Some teachers'idea lags behind in the guidance system. For example, they hold the monologue type view about education, ignore students'life and organize educational activities in a way that is deviating from daily life. Some teachers have poor knowledge in the energy system. For example, teachers who hold the vertical type knowledge structure mainly lack wide basic knowledge, teachers who hold the horizontal type knowledge structure mainly lack relevant professional knowledge and teachers who hold the pyramid type knowledge structure mainly lack the knowledge of professional front and science of education. In the showing system, some teachers'educational ability is weak. Their educational practice ability is low. Their scientific research and innovation ability is relatively weak. There are some reasons. In the subjective respect, some teachers lack lofty ideal. Some teachers slack on study all the life. And some teachers have psychological discomfort. And in the objective respect, teachers'education and security mechanism aren't good enough. For molding teachers'intelligence personality under new curricula idea, I come up with some theories. They are the view of "teachers as searchers", the view of plural intelligence, the theory of individual knowledge, the theory of activating knowledge, and the theory of marginal utility, effective teaching theory. Teacher's intelligence personality should fill up with these goals. Teachers should possess the advanced education ideas in the guidance system, such as the equal education view, the paying attention to students'life view and the educational activities view of concern life. Teachers should hold the wide knowledge in the energy system, such as the wide basic cultural knowledge, relevant professional knowledge and rich education science knowledge. Teachers should hold strong abilities in the showing system. Teachers should improve educational practice ability, scientific research and innovation ability constantly. For realizing the above goals, I introduce the ways to mould teachers'intelligence personality. In the subjective respect, teachers should establish the lofty aspiration, study positively all the life and keep the psychological health. In the objective respect, we should emphasize teachers'education and security mechanism. |
