Research On Teachers’ Management Strategy Based On Diversity Of Teachers’ Personality

With the development of society,teachers’ personality needs become more and more prominent,and the diversity of teachers’ personality is paid more and more attention.However,there are still many problems in teacher management based on the diversity of teachers’ personality,such as not paying enough attention to the diversity of teachers’ personality,neglecting the humanistic concern of teachers,the administration of teacher management,dogmatism and mechanization,and so on.In addition,the teacher management research based on teacher personality diversity is far from enough.Therefore,this paper takes "teacher management strategy research based on teachers’ personality diversity" as the research topic,deeply studies the connotation of teachers’ personality diversity,and actively explores the teachers’ management requirements based on teachers’ personality diversity.By investigating and analyzing the present situation and problems of teacher management,the author hopes to put forward effective and feasible suggestions on teacher management from the angle of diversity of teachers’ personality,so as to alleviate the contradictions and pressures existing in teacher management.The full text mainly carries on the research from the following several aspects:The diversity of teachers’ personality includes: the diversity of teachers’ temperament,the diversity of teachers’ personality,the diversity of teachers’ interests,the diversity of teachers’ abilities,the diversity of teachers’ needs and so on.The diversity of temperament is mainly determined by genetic factors,but also influenced by socialization experience and environment,and the diversity of personality is gradually formed in the acquired social environment,which mainly shows people’s attitude towards reality and the world around them.Interest is the emotional expression of people’s cognitive needs,which reflects the selective attitude of people towards objective things;the diversity of ability is the result of the joint action of genetic factors and acquired learning;and the diversity of needs is the outstanding diversity of teachers’ personality.In performance,with object,tension and drive.According to the influencing factors of teachers’ personality diversity(genetic factors,environmental factors,educational factors and individual efforts factors)and the basic elements of teachers’ management(protection of teachers’ rights and interests,teachers’ democratic participation,teachers’ knowledge improvement),Based on teachers’ emotional needs and teachers’ self-actualization,this paper puts forward management requirements based on teachers’ personality diversity: teachers’ rights and interests guarantee requirements;teachers’ democratic participation requirements;teachers’ knowledge upgrading requirements;teachers’ emotional needs requirements;teachers’ self-realization requirements.Through the questionnaire and interview survey on the teachers and some administrative cadres in K District junior middle school,this paper makes use of the theoretical research basis of teachers’ personality diversity and teacher management,analyzes the reasons and analyzes the reasons.According to the practical needs,it puts forward the teacher management suggestions based on the multi personality of teachers’ Personality: multi angles to ensure the cooperation of teachers.Legal rights and interests;guarantee teacher diversity demand with democratic life;provide diversity professional development platform;meet teachers’ diversity emotional needs;adopt diversified incentive measures.
