Purpose:With the method of comparative analysis, the study analyses the correlative concepts based on the theory of educational measure. Its purpose is to establish the relationship between examination-paper analysis and the concepts of educational measure. Moreover, the study attempts to design and develop examination-paper analysis system with techniques of educational measure, data base, and software development.Methods and techniques: Literature Review Comparative Analysis Data Base Technique Software Development TechniqueResult: Through analyzing the correlative concepts of educational measure, the study constructs the relationship between examination-paper analysis and the concepts of educational measure, defining the significant influences of examination-paper analysis on educational measure. Design and develop examination-paper analysis systemConclusion: Examination-paper analysis study is an important content of educational measure study. Educational measure is a measure on the changes regarding psychological property of a certain group of students, who have received education. Compared to physical measure, of which the object is entity, psychological property is not only abstract but also changeable. Therefore, it is difficult to establish educational measure rules and educational measure tools, which embody the former. The characters of educational measure, such as indirectness, dynamism, sampling, multivariateness, and so forth, have increased the difficulty ofmeasuring and affected the accuracy of measure results. Test is the main tool in educational measure that is conducted through examination-paper. Therefore, the accuracy and scientificness of the examination-paper guarantee the reliability of educational measure tool. It could be argued that only with the examination-paper analysis, can we evaluate the scientificness of examination-paper; only through modifying examination-paper continually, can we make educational measure tool more appropriate; and only when the measure tool is scientific, can the results make sense. Examination-paper analysis may evaluate the examination-questions; in the meantime, it is able to distinguish the good-quality examination-questions and the bad-quality examination-questions. As a result, the former will be reserved and the latter will be amended or be abandoned. After a long-time circulation, examination-questions database could be constituted and tend to be perfected. In addition, examination-paper analysis can reflect the problems in teaching, as well as provide feedback to teachers promptly. Therefore, it is regarded that examination-paper analysis has considerable positive impacts on the improvement of teaching and examination. Combining with the characters of college major tests, the study screens out the indexes and their formulae of examination-paper analysis, by utilizing educational measure technique. Furthermore, with data base and software development techniques, the study develops examination-paper analysis system, which could not only quickly evaluate whether the scale(examination-paper) has practical indication in the test, but also provide feedback to the revision of the scale rapidly. Applying computer technology to the examination-paper analysis, we could raise working efficiency and accuracy.
