| Since the 1980's, teachers' professional development has always been an important field for discussion between the educationist and the practitioner. The school as a main place of teacher's professional development, its importance is obvious. At the same time, with the rising and development of organizational learning theory, it provides us a new way of thinking and a new angle of seeing in the study of the obstacles of teachers' professional developmentBy analyzing the general theory of organizational learning and teachers' professional development, the author puts forward some new ideas of teachers' professional development in the view of organizational learning, that is, teachers' professional development is the processes of organizational learning, knowledge innovating and sharing, reflecting and exploring.This study, by synthetically using literature study and practical interview, concludes that the obstacles blocking teacher's professional development in school organization at present include seven aspects: organizational system, organizational structure, organizational culture, the teachers, the leaders, the cost-benefit of learning, the content of teacher's professional development.The paper puts forward some measures in eliminating the obstacles of teachers' professional development, such as the construction of school's learning mechanism, the effective system arrangement, the guarantee of resources, the forming of learning community, the establishing of the platform of sharing knowledge, and the role renewal of the principal, believing that when these measures combine to eliminating the obstacles, the teachers' professional development can really come true. |
