In order to adapt to the fresh demand fostering to the talented person of the community develops; adapting to the education reform, particularly the renewal demand of the Reformed Sketch of the Elementary Education Curriculum to the curriculum reform of physical education specialty of ordinary universities; adapting to physical education reform, particularly the new demand of nationwide fitness and the improving the health of entire people in the fresh condition, the Country Education Ministry printed and distributed Ordinary Institutions of Higher Physical Specialized Education Curriculum Scheme of Regular Nationwide College in June of 2003. From October of 2003 to May of 2004, the nationwide institutions of higher learning educations guide the commission to form force to formulate all types of trunk curriculum education directions and to implement in September of 2004.Reviewing curriculum development history and curriculum research history , we find that the curriculum reform is not being a flash in the pan discovering much great even to the extent that effects are far-reaching to us and come to a premature end halfway , or it is greatly far away even though such implementation effect is one another leaving against former ideal .For the sake of lessening the disparity between this technique curriculum and the initial curriculum design, the writer chooses this task.Chiefly adopting questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and discussions, through two aspects analyzing effect element and countermove of implementing the professional technique branch of learning curriculum of...
