| Researches concerning theories and applications of self-regulated learning are booming, but most of them are connected with classroom environment, leaving great space for researches on self-regulated learning in the web-based environment. This article explores strategies on developing self-regulated learning ability theoretically and practically. Firstly, the author analyses the nature and the composition of self-regulated learning ability in web-based environment. The author also studies the development model and rule of it. Secondly, the author designs strategies on how to develop the self-regulated learning ability. Finally the author designs and executes a web-based course Educational Technology Application and Tutorial as a case of his research. |
