The rural society of democracy needs the citizen with sense of participation and ability , it is a task for rural education to cultivate citizen for the democratic rural society . School management ignores subject status of student , and students have no chance of participating in management.Only if the school of democracy can't train citizens, the schooling should be more democratic.
