| The dissertation has explored the phased-characteristics and the influence-factors of funds state of Lingnan University in the periods of establishment,development and management-by-itself,has analysed the way of funds-raising and its Characteristics, has probed into the funds-management system and measures,has discussed the impact of funds on the its development. This is not only the summary of the experiences to the foreign Christianity higer education but also the introspection of history of domestic private higher education.The target is to offer some historical experiences for development of the present non-governmental higher education of our country.
