Study On The Natural Man In Universities' External Economic Relations

Knowledge economy has already come. Its foundation is to use , produce and distribute knowledge and information. Under the background of knowledge economy age and the higher education popularization, university requires obtaining the further and valid resource, using excellently the resource, changing resource into ability and improving the ability. Since modern system of university was set up in Europe at Middle Ages, the social function of university have been expanding gradually. The trend that the modern university goes from the social edge to the social center is outstanding step by step. University and natural men are the two organized cells and the organizations can't self-accomplish in the big open social system. In order to improve both abilities, university and natural men must cooperate with each other so as to share the resource and information.This paper is based on the notion definition and the frame of theory in the Jiangsu province's natural science fund item "Study of the external economic relation of Chinese universities" which studied by the professor Wang zhuojun. Its theory ground consists of the cost - effectiveness analysis, resource theory, knowledge management, system management, core competence, information dissymmetry etc. It also summarizes forerunners' study about this issue. It traces back the process of the relation between university and natural men from nothing relationship to the excellent relationship in China. It also draws lessons in study from the mature relation between university and natural men in American and the zigzag relation between university and natural men in Russian. Finally it studies that university and natural men output the resource, absorb each other's resource and change them into ability themselves. It also sets up the relation matrix between university and natural men, draws some conclusion and gives some advices.
