| MBA is the abbreviation of "master of business administration", and it is one kind of the degrees of M. Administration. The MBA education in America is so approbatory that it is consistently prosperous from its outset. According to the frame between national of comparative education be used in this paper, the MBA education in America is elementaryly studied .The inner characteristics of MBA education as well as the differences between MBA education and other postgraduates education which aims at academic studies is also made clear. The body consists four chapters. Chapter 1, definituded the concept of the MBA education and traced back to its history and development, and also got the history reasons of it. Chapter 2, analyzed the living state of the MBA education in America, ranging from objects of education, the standards of the students, student enrollment, school management, curriculum arrangement, teaching methods, quality assessment and so on, which help us to get a clear general frame of MBA education in America. Chapter 3, further concluded that the characteristics of MBA education in America and got its developing tendency. Chapter 4, leant that the educational development and living state of ourselves.
