All kinds of universities expand the enrollment in succession after entering 21st century, the scale of the student body has got the great-leap-forward development. By 2004, the gross entrance rate of the national university has already break 19%, this indicates high educational has already changed "the special education" into " the mass education ". However, this transition has put forward higher demand for the quantity and quality of teacher, and the evaluation of teaching quality has also brought into schedule. In view of this, the text has designed comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality with fuzzy math, the system includes teaching level, student's achievement, scientific findings and ethics of the teaching profession. In student's achievement, the text has effectively solved the defect with fuzzy trigonometric function that the achievement will be in difference degree by one score.
