Some achievements have been made in the middle school and primary school teachers' post-education project carried out in Shenzhen since 1999. With the quick development of Shenzhen economic society, the deepening of the basic education reform and the increase of the requirement of the educational innovation . The whole level of the teachers can't meet the requirement of performing the education for all-round development and can't be suitable for training the new-typed innovational generations. There is a great gap to the aim of the requirement of the City of Loving Study. In order to carry out the program of the teachers' post-education, and improve the training effect, I have made some surveys on Shenshen teachers' post education and found out the present situation of Shenzhen middle school teachers and the state of the teachers post-education causes in 2004.1 expounded the developing trend of teachers' post-education inside the land and abroad , and knew the hot and difficult problems needing to be solved and the challenges. I analyzed the gap between the present management system, the mechanism and the prevailing regulations. I put forward some advice on how to deal with the system construction and the uses of resource conformity.
