It is a question that can't be avoided in the quality-oriented education of mathematics to study students with mathematics learning disable and have already caused the extensive concern. In the past 20 years, forefathers have made much effort and made the rich achievement. But if we analyze the work they have done , we'll find that among them ,some questions are worth thinking .1 In the past research ,we focus on rescuing students with learning disable while how to prevent from the production of students with learning disable have not caused enough attention .That may cause that when we rescue students in large batches, students with learning disable emerge in large batches and cause the wasting greatly of educational resource, material resources , financial resources. 2 In the past research some important external factors such as mathematic discipline character, improper acts of parents or teachers have not caused enough attention .To the question of the above, beginning with explaining mathematics forming process learning process and character of mathematics knowledge ,the research have analyzed the factors in mathematics knowledge characteristic and teacher's factor , student's factor , family's factor systematically. And to these reasons, it put forward the corresponding countermeasure in order to establish the foundation for preventing production of students with learning disable.
