Content: As the integration of web technology and instruction practice becomes increasingly closer, it's enormous advantage in building up students' composition quality also stand out day by day.Composition quality is an important component of Chinese quality, including students' interest, attitude toward composition and their ability, skill as they compose. Under the guidance of Modern Instruction Design Theory, Composition Psychology, Constructionism and Multiple Intelligence, web environment and technology has provided us with a new way to cultivate students' composition quality as it is swift, extensive, lasting, interactive and capacious. It's specially important to mention the activity-based and task-based composition quality cultivation model within the web environment, which totally removed the drawbacks of traditional model, thus greatly aroused students' consciousness and autonomy. As a new teaching model, it is quite necessary to set up at the same time a new set of validity evaluation form or standard. However, in real practice, more problems will emerge in students' composition quality cultivation within the web environment. Which therefore require researchers to keep on exploring, creating to maximize its positive role.
