The cause of senior school students' difficulties in learning physics is analyzed in this paper. Three factors, which are main causes of students' learning difficulties, are represented. They are the factors of students' non-intelligence, intelligence and the teaching mode to unify all students steps in their learning. Student's motive, interest, emotion and will of learning physics are important of factors of non-intelligence to influence teen-ager's achievement. In part four of the paper, it point that the lack of procedural knowledge of specific field (physics) is main aspect in students' intelligence to effect their learning. In the part five, it analyzes the cognitive factors of the lack of procedural knowledge This lack is caused by the students' poor fundamental knowledge and lacking of necessary declarative knowledge, intelligent skill and cognitive strategy, which made up the knowledge structure in student's brain. Combining with physical teaching practice, it presents some feasible suggestions as well. The part six points that to solve the problem of students' learning difficulties on physics, it is a feasible way of using the idea of basic educational innovation to guide physics teaching. By attempting to use the idea of new curriculum, writer tried his best to improve physics teaching and find that it is difficulty to innovate one course only in the nowaday teaching structure. Writer also believe that the effort given will benefit students in the development of their emotion, attitude and values and be a reference to start of the new curriculum teaching in senior school formally.
