With the development of social, people's health view developed more and more scientific, physical teacher-physical healthy instructor who teach physical knowledge, bring up physical habit, improve physical capacity, was demanded highly by people. Thereby, physical education colleges was used for master of training physical teacher, and teaching ability was used for an important criterion of evaluating excellent physical teacher. Physical college attached importance to culture of teaching ability of undergraduate student in physical education. Which is new task of new times. Then, teaching ability of undergraduate student in physical education was formed by many factors in society, family and oneself. It was popular and necessary that systemic analysis of formed factors of teaching ability of undergraduate student in physical education, and bring forward countermeasure to improve their ability.Basing on the previous researches, according to the education, sociology, psychology and so on, regard qualitative analysis as quantitative analysis theory basic, with application of the studied way of the athletics systematic science, and used social analytic software SPSS 12.0 statistical analysis of questionnaire. This paper systems analyzed the formed factors of teaching abilities of undergraduate in physical education, found out the major elements. In the two aspects of student's diathesis and teaching practice, brought forward the opinion of bring up excellent gym teacher.In the aspect of qualitative analysis, the paper regard achievement target ofsociety requirement physical education with ability as ultimate target, theoretically analysis to formed factors in teaching ability in physical education. At first, generalized the conception of the teaching ability and the physical education teaching ability, then definitely analyze the relations of ability and knowledge in physical education, exercise skill and so on, expound formed rule and process of physical educational ability, more systemically analyze the formed factors in physical educational ability in theory, which was used for theoretical basis in this paper.In the aspect of quantitative analysis, regard qualitative as theory, workout survey questionnaire of formed factors in teaching ability of undergraduate student in physical education to six hundred undergraduate students in nine physical colleges all over the country. Do symbolic analysis used social analytic software SPSS 12.0 statistical analysis of teaching ability of undergraduate in physical education currently, draw a conclusion of formed factors in teaching ability of undergraduate in physical education. In other word, student's basal diathesis and educational practice.At last, basic in stat result of quantitative analysis, from two aspects of student's basal diathesis and educational practice bring forward countermeasure to improve teaching ability of undergraduate student in physical education. So put it into the practice, then advance formation and development of teaching ability of undergraduate student in physical education, improve their compete abilities and society adaptive abilities.
