In the instructional situation, the learning and practice of undergraduates in physical education are influenced and restricted by a great variety of factors, which result not only from the normal physical education curriculum itself, but also from all those participators and things with regard to physical education.According to sociological, psychological and pedagogical theories, some positive factors influencing the learning and practicing systems of undergraduates in physical education, based on previous researches, have been studied qualitatively and quantitatively in this paper, in which, the learning and practice of undergraduates in physical education are comprehensively analyzed as a systems. The main works of the paper are listed as follows:Firstly, literatures are put into dissecting the factors affecting the learning and practicing systems of the undergraduates in physical education. In the meanwhile, some important factors are pointed out and the effects of these factors are further demonstrated.Secondly, above all, further researches are based on questionnaires called "The Affecting Factors of the Learning and Practice of Undergraduates in physical education" and "The Affecting Factors of the Learning and Practice of College Physical Education". Five hundred college students and two hundred physical education teachers from different major backgrounds such as art, science, engineering, economics, laws, pedagogy in some universities of Sichuan Province. By these investigations, the paper does an in-depth study of the systems from thefflaspect of learning psychology, finds out the main affecting factors and their attributes by the statistic analysis, and draws a conclusion that what the teachers emphasize is the teachers' leading effect and what the students emphasize is the integrative effects of both inner factors and outer factors. As the result, the paper proves that the difference of opinion between the teachers and students is a main affecting factor.Thirdly, with reference to categorizing methods of college physical education systems and the qualitative analysis on models for the affecting factors of learning and practicing systems of college physical education, combining with the result of statistically quantitative analysis on the questionnaires, the paper generalizes the affecting factors in three species: the learner characteristic, the social environment factors and the behavior environment factors, and educes a significant conclusion that the learner characteristic are more important to the systems than the social environment factors and the behavior environment factors. So the primary affecting factor to the systems is the learner characteristic and the environment factors are the intermediary factors.Fourth, the paper brings forward a series of countermeasures and advices to optimize the systems from the learner characteristic, the social environment factors and the behavior environment factors, such as enhancing the macroscopically management of the government and the establishment of the physical education teachers team, constructing good surroundings of physical education culture in the society, the school, and the family, building the new physical education curriculum systems, emphasizing the students' learning mentality, adopting modern physical education teaching technology, and so on.
