China's diving is at high-level in the world, but the traditional mode of training totally depends on coach's experience. By scientific theory and appropriate technique means it can not only exhume the sportive potential of the athlete fully but also made the training more scientifically and systemic, and it can shorten the period of training and prolong the life of the athlete. With particular demand analysis of the diving team, based on thinking loop-circuit of learning process in neurobiology, the springboard training aiding system which is the first one in the world has been developed by biofeedback theory. The requires of designing and exploring are as follows: Real-timely evaluating, that is the results brought to the athlete only after a few time when he/she finished action, at that time the athlete's memory is not faded away; the way of biofeedback is simple in order that the athlete can get the results anywhere in anytime; operation of the system is straightforward, and it may not influence the training and increase the mental burden of the athlete.According to the demand above this paper first established the finite element model according to the structure of springboard; analyzed dynamic characteristics and emulation mode. Second, we predigested a human-board system by analyzing the characteristics of technique of athlete's actions. Through the analysis of the three main parameters we found the way how to estimate the height of takeoff. On base of theoretic construe this paper validates the results of theoretical research, improves on the models, and analyzes the dynamic characteristics on experimentation full-scale. we finished the foundation of a springboard diving training aiding system, the design of structure, process and installation of the hardware and software. The system concludes some modules of vibrant information collection, video information collection, data processing and result exporting. It real-timely offers athletes the external results and solves the question of training's dependence on coach's experience only. We validated the feasibility and stability of the system by experiment, investigating the recourse of the errors in the system and the acceleration's measurement. Several effective methods were brought out to minish the errors.The system compensates the deficient research on springboard in theory; on the other hand the system that can be directly used in training daily and in venue can direct and aiding the training scientifically and also it can inspect and measure the technical actions of the athletes. Also it brings a new training way to coaches and athletes. The design and completion of the system which grounds the scientific training system not only increases the training efficiency but also lightens the burdens of coaches.
