It is the important yardstick of weighing the individual learning ability,and one ofthe important factors of restricting the results of learning to learning strategies, signthat will be studied. The effective learning strategies can improve learning efficiencyand study quality. It is key factors of influencing physics study, and the importantyardstick of weighing the learning ability of individual physics to physics learningstrategies. Have not structured physics learning strategies system systematically yet inexisting research; The differences of the sex and grade are less in research to physicslearning strategies; Cognitive style as one important individual difference variable, itstudy difference at the physics learning strategies little at present. To already havinga deficiency studied, on the basis of a large amount of literature search, interview andexoteric investigation, has worked out the scale of the middle school student's physicslearning strategies, after carries on correlation analysis about 920 of middle schoolstudents investigation result, we get the findings as follows: (1)Through correlation analysis,we have get the structure model of the middleschool student's physics learning strategies. (2)Analyses of reliability and validity of the new instrument indicate that theself-discipline scale is a reliable and valid instrument. (3)Different inclination exists on the physics learning strategies choice andapplication about the middle school students of different cognitive styles. Generallyspeaking, the field-independent individual do well at meta-cognitive strategy andcognitive strategy, on the emotion strategy, the field-dependent individual is obviouslysuperior to the field-independent individual. (4)Demographic variable study to middle school student physics learningstrategies have some influence,there are remarkable differences on the sex and grade.Generally speaking, the application level of the middle school student's physicslearning strategies improves with growth of the grade. Boy students and girl studentshave advantages on different strategies each.
