A Teaching Action Research Of Chemistry Teacher Based On School

The teaching research that the chemistry teacher is based on school is one kind of research used to improve educational teaching, solve the practical problems met in educational teaching, and improve the quality of implementation of the course and teaching practice. It is a kind of action research. It is an effective way of chemistry teachers' specialization and construction of the studying type of school.Action research , as a kind of research approach of the domain of the social sciences, aims at improving the practitioner's research consciousness and the researcher's sense of participation. In the paper, the author purposely prove that action research is really a research of self-questioning, problem-solving and making the teacher become a researcher.Combining the teaching design and practice of the course of middle school chemistry and the case analyses of the problems in my personal and others teaching and study, the author poses the effective way and strategy which should be adopted in teaching action research of chemistry teachers based on school through document research principally. Finally, the author initially explores the evaluation of the teaching action research of chemistry teachers based on school in hope of providing basis and practical verification for chemistry teachers to make progress in their teaching and scientific research .widen their education teaching vision and offer experience and use for reference for their specialization.This paper first tracks the general situation of action research and research based on school, then according to the meaning and enlightenment received, focuses on the teaching action research of the chemistry teacher based on school ,this paper has the following main research results:1. The development of the new course reform and the specialization of the chemistry teacher make it have important realistic meanings that the chemistry teacher does teaching action research based on school.2.
