| School-based educational research is a research activity in which the stand of new curriculum instruction research is setting in school. It is a research activity whose object is to solve the concrete problems appearing in the new curriculum reform and whose aim is to improve the students' healthy, initiative and sufficiency shaping and teachers' professional development. It is not only the actual demand and urgent task of the current school development and teachers' growth, but also the direction and key point of the in-depth reform of instruction research to lower the focus of instruction research to schools and set up the school-based instruction research system adaptable to the new curriculum.School-based educational research contains three elements: self-reflection, companions' mutual help and professional guidance. Its basic course is problem, design, action and summing-up. Its implement modes are action research, cooperation research, task research, view and emulating research, etc. School-based educational research can adjust and improve the current teaching research mechanism system. It is favorable to mobilize the primary and middle school teachers' enthusiasm to innovate the instruction. It can sufficiently bring into play the teachers' role in instruction research activities. It can improve the schools' instruction quality for it closely combine the schools' work reality.In this study I select Mrs. Ma in Liuji primary school in Jishishan county, Linxia prefecture as a case. Participation observe method, deep interview method, literature analysis method, etc are used to study the feasibility of school-based educational research improving the classroom instruction and how to efficiently launch the school-based educational research to better improve the classroom instruction. The main conclusions of the study as follows:1. school-based educational research is an efficient approach to improve the classroom instruction.2.In school-based education research activities the teachers' enthusiasm should be brought into play.3. The school-based educational research activities should be launched surrounding the schoolwork focus.4. The carrying out of school-based educational research system should be emphasized.5. The activity modes of school-based educational research should fit the school reality. |
