The development of middle school student's creative spirit and ability is the objectivedemand of the coming of intellectual economy times; it is the basic demand of qualityeducation; it is the intrinsic demand of the forming and developing of middle school student'spersonal good quality and personality. Newly emerging thing just comes into being in thecontradiction of the confliction of new and old, and it is reflected in thinking is the thinkingcreativity, that is germinate new ideas, new views from previously existing thinking model.The contradiction of thinking is "problem". Problem is the starting point of thinking and it isthe prerequisite of creation, so in the classroom teaching, the teachers must pay close attentionto the students' problem consciousness, develop the students' ability of raising problem. In the classroom teaching of Ideology & Politics create "context of problem" is animportant way to develop students' problem consciousness, expand students' thinking andimprove students' creative ability. Choose carefully teaching materials, arrange ingeniouslyteaching structure, design scientifically teaching procedure and form are effective strategiesfor creating "context of problem" in classroom. Creating "context of problem" can stimulate students' consciousness as learning subject,stimulate the vitality of the classroom teaching of the class of Ideology & Politics, reflect theteacher's real value, and finally realize the object of bringing about the students' creativethinking.
