The thingking mode of subjectivity which formed since the recent times has played an important role in human' s liberation. With the help of it, human has obtained a certain freedom. But in the progression of the industrial society' development, the freedom human obtained became lost: The world became dischantmentcd and human didn t find any meaning in his life. Therefore, the it is the problem of human' the s existence and development that faces today' s man. Because of this reason, the theory of inter- subjectivity has become one theme we today' s persons must pay much attention to. As for the theory of inter- subjectivity, human's hypostatic existence method is the inter- subjectivity not the solitude slip. "He" is not a body, not the means and the tool "I" chase at the aims. Education's main aims is to develop individuals into new individuals .Therefore, education must or should regard the transformation of modern man as its own responsibility. But modern education has been guided into pieces and put into perils. That must ask for a new education. Inter-subjectivity education is the response to it. Meanwhile, today's times has developed into a new times : peace, association and cooperation is becoming the theme of times ,world is becoming a world of association and history is going towards a history of world. Solitude individuals have lost the legitimacy of their existence of history. This makes inter-subjectivity education a solid base. Except for these, the transformation of knowledge makes inter-subjectivity educationlogically inevitable. At last, this article makes sure that inter-subjcctivity education with its special nature totally have the ability of assuming the responsibility of developing new individuals for new society.
