It's the trend and tide for the development of education in the world that the modern educational technologies are applied to teaching. Also, they are the needs and orientations of the reform in modern education in China. This article is on the applied researches of Blog Network Learning Terrace (BNLT), one of the modern educational technologies, in computer basis courses. The main points and contents are as follows.The computer basis course is a required course for students of any major in secondary specialized schools. During the learning process, there are some factors seriously affecting students' learning interest and results, such as, students' basises and methods of learning, teachers' teaching styles, and the lack of communication between teachers and students and among students. The applied teaching of Blog could improve these. Through BNLT, teachers can transmit filtered messages to students, so can the students. The purposes of this applied research are to strengthen the manage of the students' course, to expand the scope from which the students can gain knowledge, to provide mutual communication between teachers and students, to heighten students' confidence and to improve students' learning results.There are three learning theory basises for this research: constructivism, International and cooperative. ASP provides assistance to BNLT. The campus network ensures interconnection teaching. Therefore, the author carried out experiments with a part of students in Grade 03, major classes, in Jiangxi Industrial Trade Vocational Technology School. It can be concluded from the statistics of this research, that Blog, applied to computer basis teaching, carries out the manage of students' learning course, improves the teaching effect, strengthen the communion of teacher and students, students and students. It makes things convenient for students, and strengthen students' learning and interest. The rate of failing in Blog classes is 3.7%, while the failing rate in traditional classes is 13%. For this reason, Blog occupies a dominant position in teaching. What is special is that BNLT has strong alternate function, and can meet the needs of communication between teachers and students and the coordination of students. And it's necessary for the youth, who are at thedevelopment period of body and mind, that should be transmitted to teaching in time. But Blog is still not proper, for students and teachers have not cooperated well, or the students have not got the habit of learning. All these are to be continual practice.What's more, the teaching of computer basis must be used in computer media-mixed classes. In view of that situation, it can not take the place of traditional teaching method, just as a supplementary teaching method.
