Teaching evaluation is an important link of teaching reform. Withthe deepening of the Second Shanghai Curricula Reform, primary schoolmoral curriculum reform has stepped into a practical stage. It isimperative to carry out a teaching evaluation reform because the problemof primary school moral curriculum teaching evaluation has become abottleneck for the further development of moral curriculum teachingquality. This thesis focuses on teaching evaluation, trying to carry outresearch and experiment on study ability evaluation and classroomteaching evaluation of primary school moral curriculum and preliminaryresearch on exploratory study according to the concept of new primaryschool moral curriculum and complying with the rules and characteristicsof primary schools students moral development. It also tries to set up anew curriculum teaching evaluation concept and a teaching evaluationsystem of new primary school moral curriculum in accordance with theSecond Shanghai Curricula Reform in order to transform teachers'teaching concept and teaching behaviors, accelerate curriculumdevelopment and classroom restructuring, promote teachers'professionaldevelopment and students'moral and social development by maximizingthe role of guiding and feedback of teaching evaluation.
